Hey all! I came across this pattern on
YouTube from Follow a Paper Trail and just had to make myself one. At first glance it looked like it was going to be a bit hard but it was the simplest thing ever! I had so much fun making it....the only thing that I had problems with was the closure. I tried magnets only to find out after I had already
attached them that they weren't strong enough to hold it shut so I went and grabbed my
velcro and it worked
peeerfect! I'm still debated if I want to put my favorite recipes in it or pictures...I can't make up my mind but used the colors of my kitchen on it so I guess in the back of my mind I'm leaning towards a recipe box.

The inside is made of #10 envelopes but you could always make your own pockets if you don't have access to the #10 envelopes.

On the inside I used the little metal rimmed tags that you can buy at the office supply store in bulk. I use these
a lot for my primitive crafts as well so I had plenty on hand but you could use flowers, ribbon, jute
etc. for your pull tabs. I used 12 envelopes that I cut down in this "mini". If you would like step by step instructions on how I did this all you have to do is ask and I'll gladly do a tutorial on it but I have to hear back from you so I'll know that you will be interested in seeing it come together for yourself. It really is a simple and fast project.....really!
Hope that everyone is having a wonderful day! Come on back tomorrow cause I have a couple more things that I've made since I've been recovering and look forward to showing it to you all.
